Support Groups
You don’t have to do this alone.
What can you expect at a support group? A casual friendly group of moms and babies (sorry, dads, you have to stay home!) who are there for support and encouragement along their breastfeeding journey. We start with moms arriving and getting comfortable and the scale is available for baby weight checks. We then do introductions and have time for questions you'd like answers to from other moms. Becky is available for more one-on-one help. Towards the end of support group, there's time to chat and get to know other moms.
- Dubuque: 2nd & 4th Mondays, 9:30–10:30am at Nurtiva Pelvic Therapy
- Lancaster: 4th Tuesday, 5–6pm at Connected Chiropractic
Come as you are. Whether you’re nursing, pumping, or bottle-feeding, you’ll find encouragement and community.
